Thomas Bodington, in performance of trust placed in him by Katherine before their marriage, releases to (ii) in trust for Katherine Rands the daughter of Mary Rands:- [Property as in V121B] -- farmhouse in Felmersham wherein said Katherine Bodington lately dwelt and where Samuel Weede now dwells [Property as in V121BC] -- Packers Close in Felmersham -- 20 acres arable in Felmersham -- 5 acres meadow in Felmersham -- farmhouse in Radwell in the occupation of John Lavender -- 50 acres arable in Radwell -- 7 acres meadow all the inheritance of Katherine Bodington and all other lands and tenements mentioned to be granted to Thomas Bodington by Katherine his wife by V135.
