[letters distinguishing properties refer to V121.] B -- farmhouse with appurtenances in Felmersham where Oliver Randes now dwells C and D -- 2 closes of pasture in Felmersham, Kings Close and Packers, now in the occupation of Oliver Randes -- 36 acres land and ley dispersed in the common fields of Felmersham and Radwell, now in the occupation of Oliver Randes used with said messuage and all other lands of George Gale in Felmersham except those leased to William Davy and John Smyth of Felmersham, yeoman. for 5 years from Michaelmas last, paying £15 per annum for 4½ years £17.10s. for last ½ year; to be paid at the house of Richard Holden, clerk, in Felmersham.
