    to poor of Felmersham and Radwell £10 to Richard Dotchin £5 to John Ashton, nephew £5 to Ann Ashton, niece, wife of said John Ashton £5 to Elizabeth Higgs £5 to Martha Berry of Felmersham, spinster £5 -- to Ann Berry, wife, for life, 3 closes in Felmersham, called Smaldins, 4 acres 1 rood; after her death to Robert Warner son of Robert Warner of Felmersham, but if he die before the age of 21, to Robert Warner the father. -- to William Asplin of Felmersham and Felix Bolton of Ludgate Hill, London, haberdasher of Hats and Sword Cutler, £1,900 in trust to place it at interest in Government or other funds and pay interest to teatator’s wife; after her death £1,500 to said Robert Warner senior and to his son Robert Warner junior £400; if either Robert Warner predecease testator’s wife his share to go to the other. -- to said trustees £200 to be placed in Funds until Ann Warner daughter of the said Robert Warner senior shall attain 21 years or marry, interest to be paid to testator’s wife until said Ann comes of age; trustees to pay said Ann the £200 with interest accruing from death of wife (if she dies first) at 21 or marriage -- to Felix Bolton £40, testator’s wife to have interest for life to John Goodhall of Town of Bedford, gentleman £20 residue to wife Ann Berry, executrix jointly with William Aspin and Felix Bolton, last two to have £10 each.
