Witnesses: J. Brace signed: Mary Berry endorsed: “Standards to be left att the End of the Lease for the benefitt of the Landlord a Bedstead and Hangings in the Room over the Kitchen four Chairs a Jack a Copper and furnace a Hovell” 6 June 1721 this lease was returned over from Elizabeth Rawlins to Robert Warner
