- Scope and Contentrecites: V93 since the making of the said will and decease of said Daniel Berry, the said Robert Berry is deceased and no issue of the said Dame Mary Scott is now living now: (i) will acknowledge fine to (ii) of all messuages, lands etc. late the estate of Daniel Berry and of all other messuages and lands etc. of the said Mary Scott in Dowgate, Great Allhallows, Felmersham, Radwell and Radwell Endshipp to (ii) during life of Mary Scott to pay profits to her on her death land in Bedfordshire to use of her issue, in default to Sir John Scott and after his death to use of Daniel Berry son of said Robert Berry for life, then to said Daniel Berry’s son Daniel; land in London to use of John Scott, nephew of said Sir John Scott, in default to Thomas another nephew for 99 years then to right heirs of Daniel Berry deceased ( father of Dame Mary Scott) Dame Mary Scott may alter or revoke these presents.
