To grandchild Elizabeth Jakeman [Jackman] messuage and close of pasture in Northill purchased for testatrix by John Eston and John Grew of Thomas Yarburgh, provided she pays her father Josias (son of testatrix) £40 when she is 21. To daughter in law, new serge suit, broadcloth red petticoat, 2 holland aprons, a diamond ring. To grandchild Mary, £10 and personal stuff; similar bequest to grandchild Elizabeth. Executor: son Josias. Overseers: Edward Osborn esquire, Edward Fowler clerk, and Richard Odell gentleman. Witnesses: Richard Odell, Michael Taylor, Walter Capell.
