Lewis Paradine became solely possessed of the premises, and by his will, 1669, assigned to his niece Martha Wright, who married William Livesey. Settlement on Paradine Livesey and wife Elizabeth, nee Clinkard. -- term of 99 years in premises as before. Witnesses: Edward Holden, Richard Harris, William Kent.
