Her estates were subject to two mortgages for £1500 and £500, for terms of 100 years.
The estates were devised to sister Elizabeth Isham for life, remainder to Elizabeth Orlebar (both deceased during the minority of Mary Orlebar)
Richard Orlebar as guardian of Mary Orlebar took on the management of the estates. Mary Orlebar is now of age.
(i) has been given a bond by (ii) for £145 due of even date with present.
