(i) William Deacon, Offley, Herts, yeoman ,Thomas Bates, Offley, Herts, yeoman (devisees for sale in will of Robert Ralphs, late for Hitchin, yeoman, deceased, who was only son and heir of Robert Ralphs, the elder, late of Hitchin, yeoman, deceased, and grandson of Edward Samm, late of Hitchin, grocer, deceased, whose daughter, Elizabeth, has married Robert Ralphs, the elder)

(iii) John Trustram, Shitlington, yeoman (trustee for ii)) Robert Ralphs, the son, by his will dated 13 March 1802, devised to i) all his freehold and copyhold property in Hitchin, Weston and Ippolyts, Herts, and in Shillington, Holwell and Upper Stondon in trust for sale. Below mentioned premises (part of above) were put up for sale by auction by i) in 2 lots at Swan Inn, Hitchin, on 7 February 1804, and ii) was highiest bidder at total price of £202
NOW in consideration of £202 paid to i)
(i) release to (ii) , in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year - messuage in Neyher Stondon at Nether End formerly in occupation of William Griggs, then Richard Endersbye and now William Bygrave - close adjoining, with little slip of land lying next to, and left out of said close on outside of gate in Common field of Nether Stondon (total la)
