    - Freehold estates to wife Sarah until her remarriage or death, then to Rev George Story, curate of Shillington, to pay £5 to Mary, daughter of late son Edward Dear, and in trust to the use of son Joseph Dear for life. Then to first and other sons of Joseph, if no sons to daughters, if no children to son, John Dear. - Copyhold estates to wife Sarah until remarriage or death, then Lower Stondon, Manor of Shillington to son, John Dear. Copyhold held of the Manor of Aspley Berry to son, Twydal Dear, right of passage through all freehold land. Twydal Dear to pay £10 to Sarah Simkins, daughter of Edward Dear. - Use of all household goods and furniture to wife Sarah until her remarriage or death, then to Sarah daughter of Edward Dear his best bed and furniture of the same, Joseph Dear to get his clock. Rest of household goods and furniture to be sold and the money to be divided up amongst said sons, Joseph Dear, John Dear, Twydal Dear and daughter Sarah. - All stock and other personal estate to be sold and to be placed out at interest for benefit of wife until remarriage or death, principle money to be split between to sons Joseph, John, Twydal and daughter Sarah. -Executors Reverand George Story and William Cranfield, of Shillington, smith.
