.. piece of arable land and "sweard ground" containing 3 acres in Aldwickes Marsh in Shillington (bounds given) being late parcel of the demeasne lands belonging to the scite of Shillington Manor House called Shillington Berry, late of Elizabeth Hare and of her father Thomas Hare, both deceased, with liberty of access by balk on the west of the land. Rent of 3/- to chief lord of fee, part of yearly rent of £20 reserved out of demeasne lands. Covenant to join in further assurances.
