    - to son Thomas Marsom all messuage or tenement or farmhouse with all outhouses etc situate in the hamlet of Stopsley in the parish of Luton together with all the closes lands tenements and hereditaments now used occupied enjoyed with the said messuage now or late in the tenure or occupation of Jeffery Kirkley, and also all other my lands and hereditaments now in the occupation of the said Jeffrey Kirkley to have and hold for ever upon condition and paying thereout the several and respective legacies hereunder given and charge upon the said premises. - to son Nathan Marsom £120 to be paid to him out of the aforementioned messuage within nine months of testator's death. - to sons Nathan Marsom and Samuel Marsom £210 to be paid to them out of the aforementioned messuage within nine months in trust to be put out at interest upon the best security they can get and that all the interest thereof shall grow due for the said £210 during the natural life of my daughter Martha Kingham, wife of James Kingham, shall be paid to Martha Kingham for her own proper sole and separate use and benefit. One third part of the said £210 after the death of Martha Kingham together with all such interest as shall grow due for the said third part thereof after her decease sahll be paid unto or retained by son Nathan Marsom. One other third part and interest after the death of Martha to son Samuel. Remaining third part and interest after death of Martha to daughter Anna Hunt wife of Robert Hunt for her own proper use. If Anna is dead then her third to go to her husband Robert Hunt in trust for the children of Anna and Robert Hunt share and share alike at their respective ages of 21 years or day of marriage whichever is the sooner. - If Martha Kingham at any time during her life desire to have some part of the principal sum of £210 for her own proper use then Nathan and Samuel or their executors may pay any sum or sums of money out of the said principal so as the whole so to be paid does not exceed ten pounds. Trustees not liable for any loss and may pay themselves expenses occasioned from time to time by the said trust out of the interst. - to daughter Anna Hunt £240 from the said messuage. If any legacies not paid "I doe hereby impower all and every of them and any of them to whome the said legacies shall be respectively due...and not paid accordingly to enter in and upon hold and enjoy all and singular the said premises above mentioned either joyntly or seperately as occacion shall be untill his her or their respective legacy or legacies shall be fully paid...". - son Nathan Marsom all that piece of arable land lying in Ligravo field in the parish of Luton now or late in the occupation of John Grover. - to son Samuel Marsom all those messuages adjoinging together in Luton now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Ireland, Francis Hows and widow Hillersdon, the messuage of my said son Thomas being on one side and the messuage called by the sign of the Rose and Crown being on the other side thereof. - to son Nathan Marsom £15 to be paid within six months of testator's death. - to son Samuel Marsom £45 to be paid within six months. - to son Samuel Marsom two copper furnaces with their appurtenances and all my tubbs and kinnells and utensils for brewing two beer vessels that hold a firkin each and one that holds a kilderkin. - plate to three sons and two daughter to be equally divided share and part alike. - "all my books of what nature soever in Folio and Quarto and all other my books whatsoever unto my said three sons to be equally divided to and amongst them share and part alike." - Linen to daughters to be equally divided between them. - to sister in law Joane Sowthen the gold ring which I had upon the decease of her late brother Mr Nathan Sowthen. - All other real estate to son Thomas Marsom. - Residue to son Thomas Marsom.
