    - Indisposed of body, but of sound mind and memory. - Soul to God, body to be buried at discretion of executor. - to grandson Joseph Gutteridge, son of late son Daniel Gutteridge deceased, to be paid £40 when aged 22. - to granddaughter Mary Gutteridge, daughter of the late Daniel Gutteridge to be payed £30 when aged 21, if neither Joseph or Mary reaches age leaving issue legacy to survivor, if die leaving issue legacy to be divided between children share and share alike. - to grandson Matthew Gutteridge, son of son Matthew Gutteridge to be paid £20 at age 21. - to grandson Richard Gutteridge, son of son Matthew Gutteridge to be paid £20 at age 21. - to granddaughter Deborah Gutteridge, daughter of said son Mathew, to be paid £10 at age 21, If Matthew, Richard or Deborah die without issue before age of 21 legacy to survivor(s). If leave issue legacy to child(ren). - to daughter Mary Turner, wife of Henry Turner £10 to be paid within 12 months of testator's death. - to granddaughter Mary Burke, wife of Abraham burke and daughter of Henry Turner £20 to be paid within 12 months. - to grandsons Henry Turner, Joseph Turner, William Turner, Matthew Turner and John Turner £5 each to be paid when they reach 21 years. If any die before that age executors are discharged from the payment of the legacy. - to granddaughters Elizabeth Gutteridge, Ann Gutteridge and Sarah Gutteridge, daughters of late son Daniel, £5 each when they reach 21 years. If any die before that age executors are discharged from the payment of legacy. - to granddaughter Sarah Gutteridge, daughter of late son Richard, £5 to be paid when she is 21. If she dies executors are discharged from the payment. - to grandson Joseph Gutteridge and his heirs, after the death of testator's wife Ann, close of pasture ground and meadow ground in the parish of Flitwick of Flitton called Kinnells now in the occupation of Richard Stevens or his assigns. If Joseph has no heirs the premises to go to grandson Richard Gutteridge, son of son Matthew, and his heirs on condition that grandson Richard pay to granddaughter Mary Gutteridge, daughter of late son Daniel, £100 within one year of taking possession. If fails to pay Mary £100 then property goes to Mary and her heirs. - to wife Ann all household goods. - to wife Ann and son Matthew residue of goods, chattels and personal estate to be divided between them share and share alike after debts and funeral expenses are paid. Executors: wife Ann and son Matthew. Trusteee: brother-in-law James Harding.
