(i) to (ii) Lands in Kempston. -- Hill close (12 acres) abutting north on Bedford – Kempston highway, west on Kempston Ham field, north on a slipe south on the ‘Paradise’ and the warren alias Connygree -- slipe or piece of ground (1 acre) abutting north on Kempston Ham meade, east on the ditch of the Paradise, west, on Ham field, north to the hill close then turning west between the Hill close south, and Ham field north, to Ham field west. reserving to Oliver Boteler free passage from the Paradyse to Ham field through the slipe by the usual passage through it from Ham meade. Covenant: that Oliver Boteler shall fence up the north and south end of the east ditch of the Connygree, the north end being the north east corner of the Hill close to the Paradyse. Witnesses.
