(i) Edmund Overall gentleman, executor of Bromsall Crouch deceased, who was only child and administrator of goods of Thomas Crouch gentleman, deceased intestate, left unadministered by Margaret Crouch (mother) deceased and by Owen Thomas Bromsall esquire, his uncle, deceased. (ii) John Robinson of H.M. Palace of Somerset House, Middlesex, esquire, nephew and residuary legatee and sole heir at law of Owen Thomas Bromsall. Recites will of Owen Thomas Bromsall 3 June 1730; Chancery proceedings; Will of Crouch. Disputes have arisen as to claims of Overall, which have been settled.
