- TitleMemorandum signed by Stephen Luxford stating: (i) that the cost of the sluice at Eaton mills has been entirley borne by Arnold Spencer, to whom therefore the profit will go (ii) that Stephen Luxford 'is to make unto himselfe the whole benifit of the sale of comodities at Barford or elsewhere', provided that Arnold Spencer may join on 6 months notice, after paying half the charge 'for the makeing Roomes necessary for the reciept of comodities.'
