(i) George Cobb, Sharnbrook, gentleman (ii) Sarah Barrington, Bedford, widow former wife of William Cobb, gentleman deceased to augment the £60 annuity to £75 acceptance by (ii) ‘in lieu of all demands out of the said Manors and premises by force of William Cobb’s will’ (ii) covenant to levy a Fine 20 April 1694. (i) George Cobb (ii) John Orlebar. of all the manors and premises, to the use of (i) (iii) OR1462. (iv) the estate for 99 years under the will of William Cobb devised to trustees, is now assigned to trustees to attend the inheritance (v) Lease, 99 years in trust. 19 May 1694 (i) George Cobb. Richard Orlebar Francis Brace. (ii) John Orlebar, esquire (iii) Thomas Mulso esquire George Orlebar, citizen of London.
