On marriage of said Charles Nodes & Frances Pert (3rd daughter of William Pert) -- All property of George & Chas. Nodes (Lately purchased from Richard Chittwood & Philip Holman), in Langford, Henlow, Clifton or Biggleswade; the manor of Langford alias Langdeford; a messuage in Alrichsey alias Alrisley alias Alrisley Lanthony [Arseley], in occupation of Richard Baldock; with Home Close (2 acres); Great Close or Pages Close (8 acres); Spring Close (2 acres); 5 and a half acres meadow in Holberry Holme; 2 and a half acres meadow & ley called Hayes Busshes; 85 acres in Common Fields in occupation of Richard Baldock; & 2 acres pasture in occupation of Michael Baldock; all in Arseley. And also property & 463 1/2 acres in Langford, Arseley, Stotfold, Henlow & Holwell; viz; farm with 82 acres in occupation of Daniel Kirke; farm with 109 1/2 acres in occupation of Thomas Young; 50 acres late in occupation of Richard Baldock, now in that of William Baldock; a cottage & 10 and a half acres in occupation of Margery Randall ; & a meadow called Moyes meade in occupation of William Baldock.
