    -- to wife Sarah Cobb, all property in Eversden and elsewhere in Cambridgeshire in perpetuation cottage in Sharnbrook in the occupation of Geoffrey Woodham while she is unmarried, and £10 towards repairing same. 1 great salt, 4 little silver salts, 4 silver spoons, which were formerly hers, furniture of 1 chamber of her choice and all linen. -- son and heir William Cobb being a minor, he appoints as executors Henry Montague, Colworth , parish of Sharnbrook, gentleman, Edward Manning, citizen and grocer, London, Essex Woodham, Bletsoe, gentleman. to executors: all other property and reversion of cottage in Sharnbrook for 99 years in trust -- annuity of £60 to wife till debts discharges, then annuity of £100 -- annuity of £20 to son till debts discharges, then all the rents and profits of the estate, and the inheritance of the estate for life then to heirs with reversion to brother George Cobb, then to cousin George Cobb of Waterside, Sharnbrook. -- legacies to children of William Cobb, and to his nieces Elizabeth and Mary Danby. -- silver tankard, spoons and caudle cup and cover to son.
