Marriage settlement, on the marriage of John Francklin with Anne Foster: (i) Sarah Foster of Great Barford, widow (ii) John Francklin of Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Sarah Foster undertakes to convey the navigation to John Francklin after his marriage with Anne, the only child of her and Sandra Foster. John Francklin has arranged to settle lands on Anne to the value of £197. Sarah is to receive £100 per annum during life, and to be allowed to charge the navigation in her will up to £500. Sarah also undertakes to convey after the marriage the reversion of Barford rectory on the death of Barbara Symonds, widow, leased from Trinity College.
