    Assignment of mortgage, £200: (i) William Inwood, citizen and currier of London (ii) Anne Jemmatt of Great Barford, widow (iii) Richard Walter, citizen and fishmonger of London. All and every the rivers, streams, waters, watercourses, currents, passages, cuts, dams, sluices, locks, cranes, bridges, turnpikes, floodgates, floodhatches, emoluments, and appurtenances whatsoever, all his interest of and in the ground whereupon the said sluices do stand, which were granted by letters patent 11 December 1638 by Charles I to Arnold Spencer to which William Inwood has a right. W. Inwood has received £300 from Anne and £200 from Richard Walter. Witnesses: Charles Wood, Christopher Digges, John Hughes.
