Covenant to levy a fine: (i) Nathaniel and Elizabeth Jemmatt; John and Anne Jemmatt (ii) Edmund Hussey of London, gentleman; Tristram Lucas of London, gentleman (iii) Samuel Jemmatt. All that the river of Ouse in the county of Huntingdon, and the cuts, sluices etc thereunto belonging. The rights are to be shared by Nathaniel and John Jemmatt, after 20 years, or when Samuel Jemmatt has recovered £900. Witnesses: Thomas Holt, Robert Curtis. Endorsed with receipts April 1677 - November 1682 for twelve half -yearly payments varying from £50 to £80, totalling £900 odd.
