(i) to (iii) in trust for (ii) to raise portions of £1000 apiece to be paid to (ii) when of age with interest at 4% provided they outlive (i) -- Manor of Podington -- advowson of vicarage of Podington -- The Burystead, in the occupation of Henry Bolton. -- farm in the occupation of John Pickering -- farm in the occupation late Daniel Brown, now Daniel Lehaire -- farm in the occupation of Samuel Sturges -- farm in the occupation late John West, now John Mault -- cottages in the occupation of Thomas Goosey, ( ) Baker, John Miller, Thomas Asley, John Reynolds, Reverend Cooper, John Wilkins at al. -- Rands house and garden -- Yelnowe wood (80 acres) -- Great and Little Hayes woods (25 acres) all in Podington, and all other lands and tenements of (i) in Podington. Excepting: mortgage (OR105/6) £3000 payable to sisters of (i) rent charge of £250 and mortgage of 1000 years to secure same and for raising £3000 for portions of the children of the marriage (ref.
