(i) to (ii) in trust
To the use of (i) for life, then Jane Hatton for life, then to heirs male of Richard Orlebar and Jane Hatton.
Remainder to (ii) in trust for 31 years to provide marriage portions for daughters of (i) and Jane Hatton in default of male issue, then to right heirs of (i)
There is due to Jane Hatton £700 devised by her father. (i) agrees with (ii) that this and any further sums due under the will shall with the consent of Dame Mary Hatton be used to purchase land of equal value to be conveyed to (ii) in trust or to persons nominated by Dame Mary Hatton to similar uses. Further agreement (i) and (ii) respecting lease of William Child.
