Copies of six letters and a report, attested by John Penn esquire, governor and commander in chief of Pennsylvania and the counties of Newcastle, Kent and Sussex on Delaware. Relates to an unlawful settlement of part of Pennsylvania, on the river Susquehannah, by people of Connecticut.
