Marriage took place, certain sums of money were paid to Aubrey; 5,000 acres in Pennsylvania have been conveyed to Daniel Wharley, Samuel Waldenfield and Henry Gouldney as trustees, and parts have been sold. Disputes have arisen as to how much of £120 (see WY836) has been paid. It is agreed to submit the case for judgment to Joseph Wyeth of London linendraper.
