- Scope and ContentRecites that a marriage has been arranged between Aubrey and Letitia, daughter of William Penn. Penn has granted 5,000 acres of land in Pennsylvania to Aubrey. Agreed: Penn is to enter into a bond of the penal sum of £2,000, to pay Aubrey £120 per annum at the Court House, Philadelphia, until the 5,000 acres are sold. Aubrey is to lend Penn £3,000, Penn giving as a security certain lands in Ireland, valued at £5,000. Witnesses: H. Springett, William Martin.
