    Recites that the proprietors have ordered that a survey of certain lands in Pennsylvania be made and laid out for their use; that they each have an eldest son for whom they have made provision out of the quit-rents of Pennsylvania; they want to raise £12,000 - £9,000 for Thomas, £3,000 for Richard. -- manor of Gilberts, 3,200 acres in Pennsylvania; tracts of land adjoining Philadelphia on the north side, part of manor of Springettsbury, lately ordered to be laid out in lots; pieces of land to west of last, near the line of the city of, Philadelphia, and extending so far until they join land of James Hamilton; swamp and cripple lands south of Philadelphia in townships of Moyamensing and Passyunk; 905 acres in Montgomery township; all which are in the county of Philadelphia and province of Pennsylvania; 2,990 acres at Mosselin, in county of Philadelphia and Berkshire; 1,000 acres on or near the river Schuylkill, county Berkshire, adjoining land of Francis Parvin; manor of Highlands; manor of Rich land; 2,609 acres laid out on the Lottery Scheme, on the branches of Tohickon and Tenicum; 2,300 acres laid out on the Lottery Scheme, on the branches of Tohickon and Cook’s creek; 1,500 acres on the branches of Anolmink creek; 607 acres on Cook’s creek; 304 acres adjoining the manor of Perkassie; 134 acres 105 perches adjoining Nazareth; all of which are in the county of Buckingham; 7,984 acres in the county of Northampton, adjoining land of John Page; 508 acres near Leghaigh Creek adjoining land of George Hoffman in county Northampton; 2,940 acres at town called Nottingham; 1,475 acres in Strasburgh; 772 acres in Calne township; 500 acres near Marlborough township; 500 acres at Calne; 500 acres adjoining the land of John Whiteside; 500 acres in Fallowfield township; 250 acres in Rockland manor; all of which are in the county of Chester.
