(Farrer, Cater and Aspin being executors and trustees of Sir Phillip Monoux deceased). (ii) Samuel Ongley of Old Warden esq. Recites Post Nuptial Settlement 30, 31 May 1701: Sir Phillip Monoux and wife:- -- property in Broom, Southill. Will of Sir Phillip Monoux 6 Nov. 1707, property on Southill purchased by his father Sir Humphrey from Sir John Keiling knight, to trustees to be sold.
