(i) Richard Francklin and wife Judith Reddall (late Judith Reddall Monoux).
(ii) Dame Mary Payne of York St., St. Marylebone, Mdlx. widow, formerly Mary Monoux spinster.
Sir Phillip Monoux died seised of certain property which came to his four sisters, who have divided it between them. Judith's share is greater than the other's, and various sums are to be paid in compensation. It has been agreed that Richard and Judith shall hold the deeds. (schedule of deeds attached).
