    (i) Robert Edward Fell late of St. Clement Dane, Middlesex, now of Dublin, gentleman, son of Gulielma Maria and Charles Fell, legatee of half brother William Penn Thomas gentleman deceased. (ii) John Baron of Leeds, woolcomber, and wife Mary Margaretta, daughter of Gulielma Maria Fell and legatee of William Penn Thomas. (iii) Reverend John Newcomb late of North Okingdon, Essex, now of Frowlesworth, Leicestershire, clerk and wife Gulielma Maria Frances daughter of Gulielma Maria Fell, and legatee of William Penn Thomas. (iv) Charles Crosse, brewer, Richard Penn esquire, Humfries Ram esquire and Christopher Rawlinson gentleman, trustees of the marriage agreement of Reverend John Newcomb and Gulielma Maria Frances. (v) Honourable Thomas Penn of Spring Gardens, near Whitehall, esquire. (vi) William Vigor of London esquire, Joseph Freame of London banker, Lascelles Metcalfe of London esquire, executors of John Penn. Relates to various sums of money settled on Gulielma Maria daughter of William Penn (2), in the payment of which default was made. Gulielma Maria married first Aubrey Thomas, second Charles Fell. Recites deeds etc. from 1720. In consideration of various sums of money paid by Thomas Penn to Robert Edward Fell, John Baron and wife, and to the trustees of (iii). -- the estate of John Penn.
