Scope and Content
To son George, messuage and farm in Stoke in the occupation of Thomas Randall, for life, then to his son Thomas, upon certain conditions.
To son Thomas messuage in New Windsor, Berkshire, with all goods mentioned in a lease made to William Rawlins, and “my iron grate fixed in the kitchen chimney not mentioned in the lease.”
To daughter Jane £800 Bank Stock in Bank of England.
To daughter Elizabeth, messuage at Stoke Green, now occupied by testator, 3 closes meadow adjoining,Cock’s land close, ½ acre in Little Callow alias Cannon’s close, Downe close, subject to payment to son William of 2s.6d. per week.
To son William, wearing apparel “when my executrix shall see he hath occasion for the same”.
Son George owes him £400 and is to convey to daughter Elizabeth 5 acres land in Cock’s land close.
Executrix daughter Elizabeth, to whom remainder of estate.
