    To wife Ann, property at Orpington, Kent, Boughton Malchelsea, Kent, St. Saviour’s, Walworth, Newington, Camberwell, Croydon, Mitcham, Surrey, in Berkshire, and Middlesex, for life; then to Sir Edmund Probyn knight and Alexander Denton esquire in trust for daughter Lady Ann wife of Lord Cobham, during life, and then to their children. To wife all household goods in houses at Southwark and Stoke, plate, jewels, coach, chariot, horses and harness. Annuity of £500 expectant on death of Sir Charles Eyres and wife Elizabeth in trust to Probyn and Denton for wife and daughter. Monetary bequests to niece Martha Adams, niece Elizabeth Halsey, Edward Pike, Samuel Prime, William Adams, niece Prudence Prime, to children of his nieces, to daughter Ann, Lady Cobham for mourning, to wife’s sister, wife of Samuel Ashhurst, to clerk Mr. Lewis Lawndy, clerk Samuel Wise, and to all clerks and “every workman brewer”, to household servants, to Joseph Hewet of Stoke parsonage, husbandman. Stock in trade to be sold. Executrix: wife Ann.
