-- A messuage in Podington, late in the occupation of Thomas Lavender; Peartree close; tithes of corn (except Those from lands in the occupation of Daniel Browne, those pertaining to vicarage, and Those from 2 meadows called Horse hadens and Broadmeade, in the occupation of Nicholas Mason) and of Four Doles and the Pouch; 4 nobles commons, being common for 8 cows or bullocks and 80 sheep, which commons formerly belonged to the Berrystead in Podington and are now held with the parsonage.
