(i) Susan Toller of Tempsford widow, late wife of John Toller deceased, formerly Susan Leighton wife of John Leighton deceased.
(ii) John Browning of Tempsford corn dealer.
(iii) William Masters of Potton corn factor.
Susan is seized of the cottage, and caused it to be auctioned on 25 November 1817, when it was bought by John Browning.
-- cottage in Ray End, Tempsford, formerly in the occupation of William Kingston, now William Ibett; piece of garden adjoining; and a right of way to the pump standing in the yard of Susan Toller; the owner paying a proportion of the cost of repair etc.
