    To husband William, messuage in Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire, in the occupation of Widower Deane, so long as he remains a widower; after his death or remarriage, charged with payment of £30 to niece Elizabeth Bray, to Drew Drury, youngest son of William; if default of heirs to Garland Drury, eldest son of William. Recites Conveyance to Uses, 24, 25 April 1699. (i) William and Mary Drury and Francis Brace of Bedford, gentleman. (ii) John and Edward Turner, in pursuance of which, by this will Edward Turner is to stand possessed of all property in Tempsford occupied by William Chandler in trust to be sold; money arising to be disposed of as follows:- to Mary, daughter of kinsman John Barney and wife Mary £50; to nephews Adam Ventris and Adam Brace £50 each; To niece Martha Hatley, wife of Richard Hatley, remainder of property in Tempsford for life; then to eldest son James, subject to payment of debts. All personal estate to James Hatley. To sister Brace (Abigail), a guinea to buy her a ring. To Edward Turner of Eynesbury, clerk, executor, 2 guineas. Witnesses: Philip Hillier, scrivener in Leadenhall Street, George Waylett, Richard Goodinch, Nathaniel Hillier.
