To sister Mary Payne such part of wearing apparel as she thinks proper to accept; remainder to nieces Maria Calder and Frances Sharpe. £2,500 bequeathed to her by will of father, and still owing, and arrears of annuity given in will of husband George Sharpe, charged on his estate in island of St. Vincent, and all sums left to her by her second husband, with all goods and personal estate, to brother Peter Payne esquire, sister Mary Payne and friend Charles Armstrong of Charlotte Street, Fitzroy Square, Middlesex, surgeon, in trust to be converted into money, and invested; dividends to son George Henry Sharpe.
