- Scope and ContentRecites that Robert Pulleyn did not make a will, but told his wife and son before he died how to dispose of his property; there were only two other people in the room, who did not take notice of what he said; therefore his words cannot be regarded as a nuncuperative will or be proved. Sarah accepts payment of annuity of £120 for the first year and £200 per annum for life; she releases estate to Robert. Witnesses: Anne Reynolds, Elizabeth Bedells, T. Vaughan.
