-- 1 ac. in Eversholt bequeathed to William by father William, enclosed out of West field on Yrchingmead field, land of Thomas Hillersdon E. and S., divers men NW., Thomas Vincent N.
James promises to provide reasonable meat and drink and lodging for William and Jane Leech his father and mother for life, provided that is Jane outlives William and is dissatisfied with the accommodation supplied, or shall take any of James's goods to her daughter Elizabeth Ward or any other person, James may pay her 10s. p.a. in lieu of board.
