Scope and Content
Documents FN 1139 - 1173 relate to the case in Chancery concerning to the debts of Sir William Francklin, and FN 1174 - 1216 relate to the creditors. There are also some badly damaged papers, now repaired, in FN 1501.
FN 1139 - 1173 are listed or transcribed in FN 1258, from page 401 onwards. See also FN 1257, pages 5, 12 and 122.
Most of the documents are now guarded into a portfolio, with the exception of those which are too large or bulky: FN 1139, 1140, 1141, 1142, 1147 and 1162.
