(iv) Francis Dashwood esq. (now Sir Francis) & John Crawley esq., now deceased:
to said wife all property in Wendover since purchased: copyhold residence at Northaw wherein he dwells; £1,500 & jewels & household goods;
to eldest son John: manors, messuages & lands in Luton (no details);
to youngest son Samuel at age 21: £4,000; & £60 p.a. for education until 16; then £80 p.a.;
to daughters Anne, Mary, Sarah, Margaret & Henrietta £4,000 each at age 21 or marriage;
to nephew & godson Richard Pike £200;
to mother-in-law Dame Anne Dashwood, sister Mrs. Mary Bedford, her daughter Mrs. Wright, her husband, to testator's sisters-in-law
