- Scope and ContentWithin one year they will do and acknowledge all such reasonable acts for conveying the manors and lands in Somerset, Dorset and Bedfordshire, late of George Bredyman. Where there are now remaining in the hands of Richard Southwell several statutes of the sum of £2,000 acknowledged by Edmund Bredyman to Richard Smyth, citizen and fishmonger of London, 14 December 1582 and 16 January 1582/3, for the greater security of such persons as shall hereafter acquire the said premises, they will make one sufficient good and lawful assignment of all the said premises.
