Agreement after mediation: George Francklin, esquire, with Richard Dyer, esquire, wife Elizabeth, and Elizabeth Francklin. (i) George Francklin is to forgive £457 due to him by Order in Chancery on certain conditions, but will not agree to relinquish rents due to him for 1 1/2 years as suggested by mediators. (ii) Elizabeth to be content as to copyhold lands in Clophill with those certified by Francis Crawley and John Halsey. (iii) Richard Dyer to secure Elizabeth's portion before end of next Hilary Term.
