'Whereas by order of 25 November a Commission was awarded to the Earl of Bolingbroke and Lord St John to take the accounts of the three younger brothers of Edmund Francklin and to end all differences between them, the Commission is now renewed and enlarged to allow the Commission to hear witnesses.'
