    i) Margaret Seamer, Hobart Town, Tasmania, widow ii)William Thomas Chapman Charles Bond reciting death of James Carrington on 22 January 1860 reciting will of Thomas Seamer (one of children of John Seamer) of Hobart Town, Tasmania, dated 7 February 1860 by which he bequethed all his personal estate to wife, i), whom he made executrix. He died 12 February 1863. Will proved on 11 March 1863 or 23 March 1863 in Supreme Court of Vandiemens Land (also called Tasmania) On 21 October 1863 i) appointed William Thomas Leek, Little Moor Fields, London, Esq., as her attorney to recover any money due to her late husband, under wills of late Uncles Thomas Seamer and James Seamer. Will of Thomas Seamer of Hobart Town was proved PPR on 8 August 1864 by i) now in consid of £161 10s 7 1/2d paid to William Thomas Leek on behalf of i), i) discharges ii) from any claims against them in respect of the estate of James Seamer sig of i) and William Thomas Leek witness to signature of W. T. Leek, William J. D. Andrew, 8, Great James Street, Bedford Row, Solicitor
