    i) Thomas Seamer of - John Seamer, Potton, gardener James Seamer, Potton, carpenter Henry Seamer, Potton, journeyman tinman Mary Ann Seamer, Potton, spinster, aged 20 (children of John Seamer, deceased) John Bumberry, Gravesend, Kent, carpenter Thomas Bumberry, Potton, carpenter James Bumberry, Highgate, Middlesex, carpenter William Mace, Potton, labourer, and wife Mary (formerly Mary Bumberry) (children of Mary wife of Edmund Bumberry, deceased) ii) James Carrington, Potton, auctioneer Charles Bond, Potton, grocer William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade, gentleman reciting will of James Seamer late of Potton, carpenter, dated 19 March 1853 - to said James Carrington, Charles Bond and William Thomas Chapman - land (1 acre 2 rds 35p) at Potton with barns and buildings thereon purchased of Mr Thomas Hagger - 6 cottages etc lately erected thereon and in occupation Joseph Edwards, William Yerrell, John Smith, George Tysom, William Inskip, - Seers & James Kitchen - messuage adjoining etc then in occupation John Deeble - messuage, gardens etc at Potton purchased of late Mr Kitchen and in occupation Edward Hall, Thomas Ibett, George Inskip, Thomas Cox and William Cox upon trusts as specified in said will, bequeathing - to children of his sister, Ann Francis - £5 each within 3 months after his decease - to Mrs Cox, late widow of his brother, John Seamer - £19 19s within 6 months of his decease - to James Carrington, Charles Bond and William Thomas Chapman - all other his real estate - residue of personal estate in trust to convert into money £100 to be invested and income to be paid to brother-in-law, Richard Bond, late of Potton for life. On his death said principal sum to be divided among his children residue of trust monies to be divided between children of late brother, John Seamer and sister, Mary Bumberry, at 21 James Carrington, Charles Bond and William Thomas Chapman appt executors James Seamer died on 4 June 1853. Proved PCC on 16 September 1853 residue of estate of James Seamer amounts to £1453 15s 8 3/4d each of i) have recieved £161 10s 7 1/2d now i) release ii) from any claims against them in respect of the estate of James Seamer sigs of marks of i) except Thomas Seamer endorsed witnesses: Edward Stanton, clerk to Mr Chapman, solicitor, Biggleswade
