    i) James Huffer John Steward Sandon ii) John Clarke Preston iii) Elizabeth Preston Thomas Preston iv) Henry Dillamore sums of £20 and £20 are still owing on mortgage and further charge now in consid of £100 (of which £40 is to be paid to i) in satisfaction of the mortgage debts) paid by iv) i) conveys and ii) confirms to iv) - reversion of him, iv), expectant on death of Elizabeth Preston, in --- piece of ground at Hatch (1 rd) being South side of larger piece of land, and barn thereon --- cottage erected thereon by Elizabeth Preston and ii) adjoining said barn now in occupation William Flinders and said William Gentle North late of Thomas Preston and this day conveyed to iv) West private road South John Harvey, Esq East public drain --- right of way of 15 ft over said private road to hold freed from said mortgage and further charge covenant by iii) to produce deed of 27 July 1848, if required signatures of i), iv) and Thomas Preston mark of John Clarke Preston endorsed receipts witness: W.
