- 1/2 acre at Hatch with 2 cottages erected thereon by i), now in occupance of Thomas Simms and William Ashwell [as in plan on deed], to intent that i) shall receive during his life a yearly rent charge of £12 payable quarterly - the next payment to be on
11 October next. And subject to said yearly rent charge to use of Elizabeth Preston and then to Thomas Preston, senior. After death of both of them then:
