leading from Pump Close, in Potton (1 acre 3 rds 24p)
South or South East said railway and surplus land belonging to said railway company
West late Elizabeth Lunniss and now Alfred White
North late George Youd and now - Burgoyne
has been agreed that deed of 2 April 1863 shall be delivered to vii) the purchaser of other property who covenants to keep it safe and produce it if necessary
