    i) John Harrison Miller ii) Frisby Miller iii) Joseph Gadsby and wife Agnes iv) Dorinda Kitchin, widow v) Thomas Jeeves vi) Thomas Miller vii) George Smith Reciting death of Martha Jeeves on 10 April 1864, leaving v) and 2 children - Laura and Sarah Jeeves. Reciting also the death of Mary Ann Miller, widow, on 23 January 1865 now in consid of £43 6s 8d paid to i) to iv) and to v) for the benefit of his 2 infant children i) to iv) convey to vi) - 4 undivided 1/6th shares in --- piece of land with cottage on it, in Potton (2 rds, 6p) East road leading by West side of Pump Close South late James Carter, now Arthur Wellesley Peel North or North West Bedford and Cambridge Railway --- other piece of land with right of way thereto from said road leading from Pump Close, in Potton (1 acre 3 rds 24p) South or South East said railway and surplus land belonging to said railway company West late Elizabeth Lunniss and now Alfred White North late George Youd and now - Burgoyne has been agreed that deed of 2 April 1863 shall be delivered to vii) the purchaser of other property who covenants to keep it safe and produce it if necessary sigs all endorsed receipts witnesses Edward Leeds Smith, solicitor, Sandy William Smith, solicitor, Potton etc acknowledgent by Agnes Gadsby of her consent to the deed, 25 October 1865. Also endorsed 'By indenture dated 16th July 1907 & made between Elizabeth Miller of the one part and George Gurney of the other part the within described piece of land containing 2 roods 6 perches with the Cottage (then converted into two cottages) thereon was conveyed to the said George Gurney in fee simple'
