John Pardoe died on 7 January 1879 and John Harvey on 7 April 1879 having appointed
his wife, Anne Jane Harvey and John Harvey Astell as his executors. All estates vested in him as mortgagee devised to Charles Morris Roupell and Henry Godfrey Astell. Henry Godfrey Astell later denounced all estate bequeathed to him by said will

No reference made to assignment of the leasehold portions of the property.

It is apprenhended that said portions of the property as were leasehold were not legally assigned by deed of 1 April 1881 and still remain vested in personal reps of John Harvey, deceased.
